Advocacy services are available to help you better understand your child’s educational plan and other documents.  We will also provide you with accommodations and options you have and as a parent that you can for your child to set them up for success.  During the initial consult, your advocate will ask you to briefly share information about your situation and what you would like to accomplish by using our advocacy services.  Advocacy services are flexible and if we do not have an option listed, we can customize our packages to fit you and your child’s needs.

Advocacy Consultation

15 Minute Initial Phone/Video Consultation

Meet with an advocate to briefly review your case and work together to figure out how we can best support your family with our services.

60 Minute Phone/Video Consultation

​

You will have a 1:1 phone consultation with an experienced professional education

consultant. Ask questions, get advice and possibly create a plan.

IEP Services

60 Minute IEP Review (highlights & notes included) 

​

An experienced advocate will review your child's documents (IEP, 504 plan), highlight

pertinent information and create detailed notes to support better understanding of the

documents and the processes.

120 Minute Detailed IEP/Evaluation Recommendations and Plan 

​

You will work with an experienced consultant to create a detailed, individualized action plan

for you to navigate your way to your goal for your child's immediate education needs, such as accommodations, related services, and other options to optimize their educational potential.  This includes suggestions for evaluation assessments as well as goals that will be written so you can present them to your child’s IEP Team.  Includes related service goals as well as academic goals.

Virtual Meeting 120 Minute Minimum

An experienced professional advocate will accompany you to a meeting (IEP, 504,

Evaluation, Reevaluation, etc.) via virtual means or in person and support you through a positive outcome for your child.  Must meet with the advocate ahead of time by using one of the above services so the advocate is familiar with the case and the families goals for their child.  $100 for each additional hour after the first 2.

In-Person Meeting 120 Minute Minimum
